Mr. Hillary Clinton's Nigerian scam letter

Nigerian-email-scam

Here at the BSAT HQ we recently received an exciting email from a MR. HILLARY CLINTON, addressed to DEARLY BELOVED. The reason we're excited is that the opening sentence, quoted below, sets up a great real-life math problem. Here it is:

"I wish to use this medium and my new office to inform you that your CONTRACT/INHERITANCE Payment of USD$10m (TEN Million Dollars) from CITI BANK OF NIGERIA has been RELEASED and APPROVED for onward transfer to you via an ATM CARD which you will use to withdraw all the USD$10m in any ATM SERVICE MACHINE in any part of the world, but the maximum you can withdraw in a day is USD$10,000 Only"

Assuming the ATM dispenses the money in $20 bills, by the time the CONTRACT/INHERITANCE money is 20% withdrawn, how many $20 bills will DEARLY BELOVED have?
